Because of the nature of certain items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

ORIGINAL ARTWORK
Original paintings will be sent by USPS registered air mail; it may take around 2 weeks to arrive, depending on destination country.
This will require your signature upon receipt. If you are not at home the postman should leave a notice.
The package will be sent to you within three working days after receipt of payment (5 – 9 working days for large canvas paintings and prints). Each painting will be carefully packed.
International customers are responsible for paying any applicable customs fees, taxes, or duties in their respective countries.
REPRODUCTIONS (prints & other products)
All other items are shipped Priority USPS with tracking; it may take around 2 weeks to arrive, depending on destination country.
LOCAL PURCHASES
Customers living within close proximity to my studio are welcome to come pick up their purchase if they would prefer to not pay shipping. Contact me for more info.
DIGITAL DOWNLOADS
Digital download purchases will be available immediately upon payment. Purchasers will receive a link and an email containing the same link for instant download.
